How it Works

I work with clients virtually across the country, and take a limited number of in-person clients in Boulder, Colorado.

Whether we’re working online or face-to-face, the process is the same: thoughtful, personalized, and built to fit your life.

How it works

  • We start by learning about your background, training history (or lack thereof), current routines, injuries, goals, and what life looks like for you right now.

  • We assess how you move, either in-person or online. You'll complete a simple movement assessment where we’ll break down your biomechanics and get feedback on how each movement feels. Your movement data will inform your starting point and focus areas.

  • Your program is created based on your movement patterns, your goals, your equipment, and your schedule.

  • The workouts include strength-focused sessions and targeted mobility work that build on each other over time. We scaffold your progress so you lift heavier and work harder when it counts, but not more than necessary.

  • Your program evolves based on how you’re feeling, your feedback, and how life shows up. We’ll use in-person or virtual coaching to fine-tune your training and ensure you're moving in the right direction.

Ways to work together.

  • One-on-one strength training sessions in your home or at a local gym location, depending on what works best for you. 

    We’ll build the foundation for strength and power training, layering in mobility and movement refinement to keep your body feeling good along the way. You will learn to lift safely and effectively, even if you have never touched a barbell before. The goal is to build lasting strength and help you develop the confidence to train independently.

    Includes:

    • Initial consultation and movement assessment

    • Fully customized strength training program based on your goals, equipment, and environment

    • One-on-one coaching sessions focused on technique, progression, and modifications for any current or past musculoskeletal issues

    • Ongoing adjustments to support consistency and long-term progress

    Location: In-person sessions available within Boulder city limits.​

    Rate: $175/session

    Each session includes individualized coaching, written workout notes, and a tailored plan clients can follow between sessions.

  • A fully personalized strength training program delivered remotely and designed to evolve with you. Whether you're thinking about bone health, dealing with aches and pains, or just want to feel stronger and more capable, this program adapts to your goals, your body, and your life. This is a stepping stone, not a lifelong subscription. My goal is to help you build the confidence and knowledge to train on your own.

    Includes:

    • Virtual movement assessment and onboarding

    • Customized strength training program based on your goals, equipment, injury history, and schedule

    • Monthly check-ins to assess progress, adjust programming, and support consistency

    • Video feedback and form reviews as needed

    • Ongoing access to me for questions and coaching support

    Monthly Rate: $300/month
    Billed monthly. Cancel anytime. No contracts or fine print, just support that meets you where you are.

  • A focused, one-on-one virtual session to address your specific concerns. Whether you're managing lingering pain, looking for exercise modifications, or need clarity on how to train around a condition or diagnosis, this call is designed to give you practical, personalized guidance.

    Includes:

    • One 60-minute video call

    • Discussion of your history, goals, and current challenges

    • Personalized recommendations including movement strategies and exercise programming

    • Up to 60 minutes of follow-up support, which may include research, interprofessional communication (e.g., with your doctor or coach), or additional resources

    Note: This consultation is educational in nature and does not constitute formal physical therapy treatment.

    Rate: $350
