I combine physical therapy expertise with strength and conditioning principles to give you the confidence and knowledge you need to train for every stage of life.

My approach is grounded in practicality and realism. I work with people who want to move well, stay strong, and feel capable without making training their full-time job. I believe in doing the minimum necessary to get the maximum benefit. For many, that means lifting a little heavier than you are used to, but less often than you think, and only with the right foundation.
