I help women lift safely, confidently, and effectively, no matter your age, experience, or injury history. With thoughtful guidance and a personalized approach grounded in research, you’ll build strength that supports you for life. My services should be viewed as a stepping stone, not life long subscription. The goal is to help you build the confidence and knowledge to train on your own.

At Strong Enough Fitness, I design programs that honor your experience and meet you where you are. I teach you how to adjust your program over time so you know exactly what to do when life inevitably throws challenges your way.

If barbells or heavy weights feel intimidating, you're not alone. Many women haven’t had the exposure to know where to start or how to progress. That’s why I’m here: to give you the knowledge and experience to help you lift confidently for life.

Research supports what I do. Progressive resistance training has been shown to be safe and effective for managing many of the conditions that become more common with age, including osteoarthritis, sarcopenia, osteopenia, and osteoporosis. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need a fitness background or a pain-free body to begin. With the right guidance and customization, every woman can build strength, muscle mass, and bone density.
